Manufacturing Engineer - Harrison, OH
Looking for a career where your engineering mindset shows up in the real world - on the shop floor, in the build process, and in the performance of machines customers rely on every day? At Cincinnati Incorporated, you’ll be right in the center of how world-class industrial machines are built, translating engineering intent into manufacturing reality by routing parts, improving fabrication and assembly processes, and driving Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA). This is a hands-on, cross-functional manufacturing engineering role where you partner with Engineering, Production, and Operations to solve production challenges, reduce cost, improve flow, and ensure designs are built efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality. If you’re the type who naturally asks “how can this be built better?” and wants to see those improvements implemented directly on the floor, this is your kind of environment. Cincinnati Incorporated has been manufacturing machinery since the late 1800s, and that legacy continues through people who take ownership, think critically, and care about getting it right the first time, supported by strong benefits and a culture that values technical expertise and real impact.
At Cincinnati Incorporated, that’s exactly the space you operate in.
We proudly support veterans and military families and strongly encourage U.S. military veterans to apply. The skills developed through military service - such as discipline, technical aptitude, problem-solving under pressure, and accountability - translate exceptionally well into this role and are highly valued at our organization.
