Full description
At Polaris, we’re on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy Marketing and Acquisitions Assistant to join our world-class team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the idea of being the operational backbone of a company’s marketing engine, and have strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, content creation, CRM systems, and social media, this role is for you.
About us:
Polaris is a consulting agency with a bold mission: To help 1 million Founders to leverage time, reclaim freedom, and scale without sacrifice. We’re the only firm blending coaching and done-for-you services through a hybrid model — empowering our clients with strategic delegation, streamlined operations, and scalable systems.
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive implementer and critical thinker — someone who can own the execution of digital marketing systems from A to Z. You’ll be the strong link the Founder can rely on, responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing all marketing touchpoints across CRM, content, social media, funnels, ads, and lead follow-up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in supporting visionaries, brings technical marketing skills to the table, and gets excited about driving results behind the scenes.
Your mission:
Be the driving force behind the marketing engine of an established, fast-growing company. You won’t just support growth — you’ll architect it. By managing the daily execution of CRM, funnels, social media, and content systems, your role will directly help scale client acquisition, multiply impact, and buy back the Founder’s time.
Your role responsibilities:
GoHighLevel CRM Setup and Management
- Confident with sub-account setup: domain, email, SMS, and branding
- Skilled in building funnels (lead magnet & VSL funnels) and opportunity dashboards
- Experienced in workflow creation, list segmentation, and automated email campaigns
Social Media Management:
- Able to edit and repurpose content using tools such as Canva, Descript, and CapCut
- Proficient in managing posts, DMs, and outbound engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (Youtube and X experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Capable of tracking content performance metrics and reporting growth
Design & Creative Execution
- Strong aesthetic sense for visuals, branding, and messaging consistency
- Able to design graphics and repurpose long-form content into short-form content
- Maintains an organized library of branded templates and campaign assets
Marketing & Ads Performance Tracking
- Setup and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking
