About the role
The Cocktail is a multinational technology consultancy whose mission is to accelerate the sustainable growth of our clients. We mobilize large organizations to improve the relationship between brands and people through design, data, and technology. We understand what our clients need and orchestrate capabilities to achieve those goals at breakneck speed.
Our culture is based on diversity, creativity, and a mix of specialists (strategy, design, technology, data, research...). Our careers are characterized by exponential professional growth and by participation in projects with real impact for major clients.
Being part of The Cocktail implies surrounding yourself with an inspiring team from whom to learn and who will help you grow. We work under the maxim that it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission; therefore, we expect from you a disruptive and challenger vision, non-conformity, and a passion for excellence and challenges.
If you want to move in a challenging environment, create innovative projects, and make things happen, The Cocktail is for you.
The challenge
We are looking for someone who loves understanding people, thinking about how to connect with them better, and turning those ideas into real experiences through Braze.
Someone with experience in CRM and marketing automation, who enjoys designing journeys, exploring new ways of personalization, and finding opportunities so that every interaction makes sense. And who is curious to discover how artificial intelligence is transforming the way brands relate to their customers.
Because a good engagement strategy is not about impacting more, but about doing it better: with more relevant communications, more personalized experiences, and technology that allows us to go further.
What you'll do
You will design meaningful CRM strategies. You will understand our clients' business objectives and turn them into communication strategies that connect with their users at every moment of their relationship with the brand.
You will build journeys in Braze. You will design and configure Canvas, automations, and triggers to accompany users throughout their lifecycle, connecting the different touchpoints in a coherent and relevant way.
You will bring personalization to life. You will work with segments, events, and attributes to adapt communications to the behavior and needs of each user. You will ensure that every message reaches the right person, at the right time, and through the channel that makes the most sense.
You will explore new possibilities with AI. You will discover how Braze's artificial intelligence capabilities can help us improve personalization, optimize communication decisions, and build increasingly relevant experiences. We are interested in finding new ways to combine technology, data, and human judgment to generate a real impact.
Marketing Automation - Braze at VML The Cocktail (Madrid, Community of Madrid) — aijobsearch
You will move from ideas to action. You will configure campaigns and communications through channels such as email, push, and SMS, leveraging the possibilities of Braze to create increasingly relevant and automated experiences.
You will look beyond results. You will analyze the performance of campaigns and journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose new ways to optimize the strategy. We care as much about what we do as understanding what works, why, and how we can do it better.
You will work hand in hand with our clients. You will face challenges from different sectors and levels of digital maturity, collaborating with different teams to turn business needs into concrete solutions.
You will grow in an international environment. You will participate in projects where sharing ideas, working in a team, and communicating in English will be part of the day-to-day.
What we're looking for
That you have experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement and know well the work behind a good communication strategy.
That you have worked with Braze and feel comfortable designing and configuring Canvas, segments, triggers, and campaigns.
That you know how to connect business needs with the possibilities of technology, without losing sight of the people we are addressing.

What you'll get
Autonomy to organize yourself. We work from self-responsibility and self-management, with flexible hours and remote work options to find the balance that best fits you.
A team to learn from. We like to do things well, share knowledge, and help each other improve. Our 70-20-10 philosophy reflects how we understand learning: 70% comes from experience, 20% from the people who inspire and accompany us, and 10% from formal training.
Time to disconnect. You will have 25 days of vacation per year, with special attention to summer and Christmas periods + two extra days during Easter.
Benefits that add up. We have a social benefits package, flexible compensation options, and discounts to enjoy your free time and your day-to-day life.
Freedom to be you. We have no dress code here. Come as you wish, express your ideas, and contribute your own way of seeing things.
A company with soul. We promote initiatives related to sustainability, equality, diversity, and inclusion. We also have maternity and paternity support measures, such as a lactation room and specific programs to support families.
An environment where everyone counts. We want to be a benchmark not only for talent and the quality of our work, but also for our human quality. We are committed to an open, safe, and inclusive environment, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, origin, religion, or socioeconomic status. Our Code of Conduct outlines the principles we share to make this possible.
How you'll work
We like to work with autonomy, surround ourselves with people to learn from, and have space to propose, test, and make things happen. We want you to grow professionally, but also to find your own way of doing so.
We believe that the best work is done when we are together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That is why we have adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you need adaptations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
