Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
A solid understanding of the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
Online community management and customer service skills
Creative eye and great attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of Shopify and Mailchimp is a plus
Video editing skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) by uploading posts & answering customer queries
Prepare mood-boards and assist in photoshoots
Set up new items on the e-shop by creating and entering detailed descriptions, features/benefits, and images
Handle relations with online stockists
Handle all design and marketing related content (including newsletters, labels, design mock-ups)
