Job Description:

Are you looking to own the performance outcomes of a multi-million dollar global ad spend from day one, while actively shaping the automation that scales your own output, this is your next move. About the Company:

Ultrahuman is one of the world's fastest-growing wearable companies. The Ultrahuman Ring AIR - the world's lightest sleep-tracking smart ring - sells in 100+ countries. We operate like a product company in every function, and marketplaces is no exception: our Amazon business across the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, India, the UAE and beyond runs on uh-amazon, an in-house platform we built ourselves. Role: Ads & Pricing Operator. Location: Begur, Bengaluru. Schedule: Hybrid.

Role Description: Ads & Pricing Operator

Inherit an ads account where the analysis is already done every morning - your job is to act on it.

Why this role exists:

The platform produces a daily, per-geo list of pause/scale/bid recommendations, MAP violations, and pricing anomalies across every marketplace. You are the hands and the judgment that work those lists daily - and as the engineer ships ads-execution agents, you graduate from typing the changes to approving them.

What you'll own:

• PPC execution across all geos - campaign restructures, bids, budgets, negatives, dayparting; the platform drafts, you decide and execute.

• The ads-efficiency turnaround - recovering the loss-making spend is your scoreboard from day one.

• Pricing and MAP execution - corrections, coupon mechanics, and promo setup under the Head's pricing authority.

• The handoff to automation - you define the guardrails under which the ads agents may act without you.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC across multiple marketplaces, with at least one account you personally took from broken to efficient - with numbers.

• You have managed real monthly spend with documented ACOS/TACOS outcomes.

• Tool-native - comfortable working from machine-generated recommendations every day and talking back to the machine.

• Detail and throughput - this is an execution seat, measured weekly.
