About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Web Developer to own the development and ongoing optimization of our marketing website. This role sits within Marketing and works independently to build high-quality web pages and digital experiences that support our brand, campaigns, and growth.
You’ll turn creative concepts and design files into polished, responsive web experiences—from landing pages and product pages to campaign microsites and ongoing website improvements. You should be comfortable working across visual design implementation, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and our content management system (CMS), which is PayLoad, with an eye for both aesthetics and performance.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. You’ll own the day-to-day development of our marketing website, working directly with Marketing on priorities, design, and execution. When CMS limitations, integrations, or deeper technical issues arise, you’ll collaborate with Engineering to resolve them. For the most part, however, you’ll operate independently, moving quickly from concept to launch.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain web pages: Develop landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and other website experiences from design concepts through launch.
- Own front-end implementation: Translate Figma designs, HTML files, and creative direction into responsive, pixel-accurate web experiences that look and perform well across devices.
- Manage the CMS/PayLoad: Independently create, edit, and publish pages; manage reusable components and templates; and troubleshoot routine CMS issues.
- Maintain forms, tracking, and integrations: Ensure website forms sync correctly with connected marketing and CRM systems, pages and conversion events are tagged properly, and tracking tools are configured to support accurate attribution, analytics, and lead capture.
- Marketing team: Work directly with your peers in Marketing on website priorities, campaign launches, messaging updates, conversion-focused experiences, and ongoing site improvements.
- Optimize the website experience: Improve page speed, responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and overall site performance.
- Support growth initiatives: Build and iterate on landing pages, forms, and conversion paths to support demand generation, paid media, SEO, and other marketing programs.
