Are You a Talented Therapist Stuck in a High-Stress Clinic That’s Too Far From Home and Underpays You?
Most clinics treat therapists like machines, pushing you through a "hamster wheel" of back-to-back bookings that leave you physically exhausted and financially stagnant. You chose this profession to heal others, not to sacrifice your own health for a paycheck that doesn't reflect your value.
At Massage Heights Mueller, You’ll Earn $45–70/Hour While Working a Schedule Designed to Protect Your Longevity.
We have flipped the script on the traditional clinic model. Instead of overextending you, we provide a supportive, locally-owned environment where your income and your well-being are prioritized equally. We offer the consistent bookings you need to thrive without the burnout that forces talented therapists to leave the industry. Our Management team PRIORITIZES it!
We Don’t Just Promise a Better Culture—We Provide the Infrastructure to Prove It.
We differentiate ourselves by covering the "invisible costs" that eat away at other therapists' income and peace of mind. As a member of our team, you receive:
-
Full Financial Security: Competitive base rates plus tips and commissions, resulting in $45–70 per hour.
-
Comprehensive Protection: Your liability insurance is 100% covered, and we provide alert buttons in every room with a zero-tolerance safety policy.
-
Professional Growth: We invest in your future with free CEUs and clear paths for career advancement.
-
Total Wellness: Full-time employees access health, dental, and vision, plus access to free monthly massages and facials to ensure you stay as healthy as the guests you serve.
