Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.
Department OverviewWe build and maintain high-quality voice and data communication systems for mission-critical operations and public safety. Working in small, autonomous teams and collaborating across our global offices, we focus on engineering dependable infrastructure where uptime and low latency are vital.**
Job DescriptionThe Role**
Our users rely heavily on our tools daily, and their feedback loop is tight and demanding. If you have experience shipping production software and want to actively shape our development standards rather than just maintain legacy workflows, this role gives you the space to do it.
To support the ongoing growth of our platforms, we are seeking software engineers to build AI-driven solutions that seamlessly connect with our core communication services. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software. Success in this role requires strong technical craft paired with a genuine commitment to understanding customer workflows. Together, we engineer systems built for high performance, precision, and dependability.
Our Development Culture
- Dedicated R&D Time: We reserve 10% of your working time for exploratory side projects, tooling improvements, and continuous learning.
- Modern Developer Tooling: We dogfood our AI systems internally and equip the team with modern AI tooling to accelerate delivery while keeping code quality high.
- High Autonomy, Small Teams: Engineers own their systems end-to-end and have a direct say in architecture, tech choices, and roadmap priorities.
- Blameless & Collaborative: We treat mistakes as learning opportunities through blameless post-mortems and prioritize knowledge sharing over gatekeeping.
- Empathetic Code Reviews: We believe high engineering standards and kind, constructive communication go hand in hand.
Tech Stack
Elixir, TypeScript, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, Redis, NATS.io, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Helm.
