Media Buyer (Canada, Tier-1)

Gravira Group

Luck doesn’t happen. It accumulates.
At Gravira Group, we believe exceptional results are built through thousands of smart decisions, fast experiments and people who care enough to ask one more question.

That’s what Gravity of Luck means to us.
We’re building one of the fastest-growing iGaming products in Tier-1 markets, and we’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer who knows how to turn creative testing, data and disciplined execution into profitable growth.

About Gravira Group
Gravira Group is a fast-growing international iGaming company focused on Tier-1 markets.
We build and scale our own products by combining Product, Acquisition, CRM, Payments, Engineering and Analytics into one high-performance system.
We move fast.
We make decisions based on data.
We trust ownership over bureaucracy.
Our main acquisition focus is Facebook (Meta) and Canada, and we’re looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid acquisition and scale profitable traffic.

Why this role exists
Paid acquisition is one of the key growth engines of the business.
Scaling isn’t simply about increasing budgets.
It’s about finding the right combination of angle, creative, funnel, traffic source and GEO, then knowing when to scale, when to optimize and when to stop.

Your mission is to turn testing and data into profitable acquisition across Tier-1 markets.
You’ll own campaigns from planning and launch through optimization and scaling, with direct impact on acquisition performance and revenue.

What You’ll Own
Planning and executing paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling in a policy-compliant way.
Working across iOS, PWA and Android flows.
Building, testing and scaling bundles including angles, creatives, pre-landers, landers and funnels.
Optimizing campaigns against CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR, CVR and payback targets.
Running structured A/B and multivariate testing.
Managing and pacing $30k+ monthly budgets with clear caps, rules and daily P&L control.
Setting up and maintaining tracking in Keitaro and/or Binom.
Ensuring clean attribution and reliable campaign reporting.
Analysing cohorts and GEO/channel performance.
Making daily scale/kill decisions based on data.
Working closely with Design on static, motion and UGC creatives.
Collaborating with CRM on retargeting initiatives.
Working with Product and BI on dashboards, reporting and performance insights.
Sourcing and validating new traffic sources, placements and whitelists.
Negotiating with traffic source representatives where relevant.

What Success Looks Like

Paid acquisition is scaling profitably across Tier-1 markets.
Campaign budgets are managed with clear discipline and daily P&L visibility.
New creative angles, bundles and funnels are being tested consistently.
Winning combinations are identified and scaled quickly.
Underperforming campaigns are identified and stopped before they create unnecessary losses.
Tracking and attribution remain clean and reliable.
Campaign decisions are driven by data, cohort performance and clear profitability targets.
The acquisition team has a repeatable process for testing, validating and scaling new opportunities.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has 2+ years of media buying experience in the Gambling vertical, primarily with Facebook (Meta).
Has proven experience launching and optimizing iOS, PWA and Android apps or flows.
Has recent successful campaigns from the last 2–3 months that you can walk us through — from goal and setup to results.
Has hands-on Tier-1 experience.
Has practical experience with Keitaro and/or Binom.
Is comfortable managing $30k+ monthly budgets with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
Can consistently find and generate new bundles across angles, creatives and flows.
Understands performance metrics and can make fast scale/kill decisions.
Takes ownership of results and can work independently.
Is reliable, execution-focused and comfortable working at speed.
Communicates clearly in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have
Experience with allowlists, policy approvals and responsible-gaming messaging for Tier-1 markets.
Familiarity with spy tools such as Adplexity or Anstrex.
Experience working with UGC and motion creative pipelines.
Experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau or advanced spreadsheet analysis.
Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-driven production workflows.

Why Gravira Group
This is a role for someone who likes to see the direct connection between their decisions and the numbers.
You’ll have direct access to decision-makers and short feedback loops.
You won’t need to wait weeks to test an idea.
You’ll have autonomy to launch, analyse, optimize and scale — with clear responsibility for the results.

We value:
Ownership over micromanagement.
Speed over unnecessary processes.
Testing over assumptions.
Profitability over vanity metrics.
And people who are willing to take responsibility for what happens after they press Launch.

Build Gravity of Luck
At Gravira Group, luck isn’t random.
It’s the result of curiosity.
Of ownership.
Of speed.
Of hundreds of tests, decisions and optimizations that compound over time.
If you know how to turn a new angle into a winning bundle, a winning bundle into scalable traffic, and data into the next decision, you’ll feel at home here.

Build Gravity of Luck with us.
