About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of multiple complex projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to deliver high-rise buildings to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal profile brings strong leadership, deep MEP technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams from initiation to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle execution of MEP works on high-rise residential and hotel projects
- Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth integration
- Review designs, BOQs, drawings, and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEC, and local authority standards
- Direct all authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.), ensuring timely inspections and certifications
- Manage contractor/subcontractor teams, control labour productivity, and optimise performance
- Conduct project progress meetings, issue weekly reports, and support top management in strategic planning
- Ensure QA/QC processes are embedded and safety regulations followed across the lifecycle
- Lead project handover documentation and close-out procedures
Candidate Requirements
