They are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient Meta media buyer who can take full ownership of advertising campaigns — from initial strategy through to execution, optimization, and reporting — with alignment to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, audience targeting, campaign setup, A/B testing, optimization, and performance reporting
• Drive lead generation for US-based, high-ticket service businesses, maintaining a consistent focus on lead quality and cost efficiency
• Build and oversee conversion-focused funnels and landing pages, including Meta Pixel setup, tracking configuration, and CRM integrations
• Develop and edit ad creatives independently using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Analyze campaign data regularly to identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and implement strategic improvements without requiring close supervision
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining accurate records and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Transition progressively into a client-facing capacity, presenting campaign results, fielding client questions, and making strategic recommendations directly

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum; a National Diploma, BCom, or relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is advantageous
• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a portfolio or track record of measurable lead generation results
• Demonstrated experience working within a digital marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts concurrently
• Solid understanding of conversion funnel principles, landing page best practices, Meta Pixel implementation, and CRM integrations
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva and CapCut for producing and editing ad creatives
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to work core hours aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience running lead generation campaigns specifically for high-ticket service businesses in the US market
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar tools used in client reporting and lead management
• Prior exposure to a client-facing or account management role within a marketing agency
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and third-party analytics or reporting tools
