Metadome.ai - Strategic Account Director

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT DIRECTOR @ METADOME.AI

Metadome.ai | Bangalore, India (travel across India & GCC) | Full-time

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

About Metadome:

Metadome builds deterministic digital twin and 3D visualization products for automotive and industrial OEMs. Our platform powers the two things every manufacturer cares about most: selling machines (CAD-accurate, photoreal configurators for marketing and sales) and servicing them (parts identification and service content built on a 50M+ part corpus). We are a deep-tech company headquartered in Bangalore with customers and teams across the US, India, and the Middle East - building toward one ambitious vision: a deterministic digital twin for every machine ever built.

The Role:

We are hiring a Strategic Account Director to own our most important OEM and enterprise relationships across India and the Middle East. This is a senior, quota-carrying role reporting directly to the COO. You will own the full account lifecycle - landing new logos, structuring paid pilots that convert, and expanding accounts into multi-year platform contracts across both our product lines.

What You'll Do:

• Own a named portfolio of automotive and industrial OEM accounts across India and the GCC - revenue, relationships, and growth plans.

• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning marketing, digital, aftersales, dealer networks, IT, and procurement.

• Structure commercial proposals and bounded paid pilots with clear success criteria and defined expansion paths.

• Build and sustain CXO/VP-level relationships and operate as a trusted advisor, not a vendor.

• Work with product and delivery teams to translate customer needs into scoped, winnable engagements.

• Develop channel and ecosystem relationships (distributors, dealer groups, system integrators) in the Middle East.

• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline: account plans, forecasting, CRM hygiene.

• Represent Metadome at key industry events across the region.

What We're Looking For:

• 8 - 14 years in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or business development - ideally in SaaS, automotive technology, industrial software, or adjacent domains (PLM, CAD, DMS, aftermarket systems).

• A demonstrated track record of closing and growing large accounts with automotive or industrial OEMs in India and/or the GCC.

• Comfort selling technical products to both technical and business buyers - you can hold a conversation about 3D pipelines and CAD data, then switch to ROI with a CFO.

• Experience managing long, multi-threaded deal cycles (6 - 18 months) with multi-crore / multi-million contract values.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India and the Middle East.

• Based in Bangalore or Delhi NCR (or willing to relocate); an existing network in GCC automotive/industrial is a strong plus.

What We Offer:

• A front-row seat at a category-defining deep-tech company at its inflection from startup to global platform.

• Direct access to the founding and executive team - your work shapes company strategy.

• Competitive compensation: base + performance-linked variable + ESOPs.
