Job Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain MFDs, printers, and related equipment.
- Attend breakdown and service requests within the BEL premises.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.
- Diagnose hardware, software, network, and printing-related issues.
- Maintain service records, machine status, and spare parts usage.
- Coordinate with the customer and internal service team for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and minimum machine downtime.
