Mid-Level Full Stack DeveloperJob Description:
- Develop, maintain and improve web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and NestJS.
- Build and maintain frontend components, REST APIs, backend services and database integrations.
- Take ownership of assigned product features from development through testing, deployment and post release support.
- Work closely with the Technical Lead during sprint planning, technical discussions and workload prioritisation.
- Follow established architecture, coding standards and development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across frontend, backend, API and database layers.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps resources during testing, release preparation and production support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation notes and API documentation.
- Apply secure coding practices relating to authentication, authorisation, input validation, API security, dependencies, secrets and data access.
- Use AI assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or similar tools where appropriate, while independently validating generated code for accuracy, security and maintainability.
