Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid QA Tester/Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software. By identifying issues early in the development and production lifecycle, you will help reduce risk, improve reliability, and reinforce a strong culture of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, documenting, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document (with steps, screenshots, and expected results).
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to investigate, replicate, and resolve bugs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile/Scrum team meetings.
- Support the creation of test documentation and contribute to improving QA processes.
Requirements:
- Has at least four (4) years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
