About the role
Highly skilled and motivated Mid-level .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, software design, application development, and production support within complex enterprise environments. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently deliver quality software using modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools. The candidate must be capable of reviewing, validating, and troubleshooting AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security, and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- System analysis, requirements clarification, and solution design
- Software design, development, enhancement, and maintenance
- AI-assisted coding, debugging, refactoring, and test generation
- Independent investigation of technical issues, production defects, and root causes
- Unit testing, system testing, and integration testing
- Support for load and performance testing
- Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and code deployment
- Technical documentation and API documentation
- Review and validation of AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
- End-to-end ownership of assigned development tasks, from requirements clarification through testing and deployment readiness
About you
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with demonstrated mid-level engineering capability
