Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning and providing input to work estimations.
- Validate project requirements, prepares technical designs, and recommends necessary hardware and software.
- Develop components according to specifications and standards while providing regular progress, risk, and issue updates.
- Design and execute unit, integration, and system tests, including incident resolution and documentation of test cycles.
- Collaborate with Testing Services to resolve defects and supports ongoing automation changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7+ years experience in software development or automation.
- 5 to 7+ years' hands-on RPA development experience.
- Strong proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
- Experience with orchestration tools, queue management, logging, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and scripting (VB.NET, Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.
- Ability to lead development activities, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
