We build web applications and integrations for clients across many business domains. Focusing mostly on Web development programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Go. Our engineers may work with more than one of them depending on project needs. We hire for engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn fast, not for a single language.
We welcome candidates with strong Full-Stack experience in at least one of these technologies, openness to working with the others, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development.
Tasks for the first three months:
- Together with a mentor, a professional development plan will be designed directly for you
- Hone your web development skills and use modern frameworks
- Learn the subtleties of working in a team of responsive and professional colleagues
- You will improve your English skills at an incredible pace
- You will get a chance to try your skills in an actual project
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship web applications and features from idea to production, in PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Go.
- Set up and maintain development environments, build pipelines and deployments.
- Consciously use AI tools in your daily workflow
- Integrate AI capabilities into client products where relevant: LLM APIs, RAG, agent and tool workflows.
- Take part in technical design and code reviews, and help build reusable practices for working with AI across different stacks.
- Work closely with project managers, analysts and clients. Understand not only what to build, but why it matters for the business.
