• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring production issues.

• Coordinate production changes, deployments, and releases in accordance with established change-management processes.

• Work closely with project teams, application teams, infrastructure teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver operational changes.

• Support security and compliance activities, including vulnerability remediation, certificate management, and platform upgrades.

• Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, incident records, and technical runbooks.

• Ensure adherence to production support processes, SLAs, operational standards, and change-management requirements.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve middleware stability, monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• 6 - 10 years of experience in Middleware Administration, Middleware Support, or Production Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience providing middleware operational support in live production environments.

• Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and/or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

• Strong experience supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).

• Experience with production BAU activities such as certificate renewals, Route-to-Live changes, vulnerability patching, platform maintenance, and incident management.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience performing root-cause analysis of production issues.

• Experience working within structured ITIL, incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, project teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Service-oriented approach with a focus on production stability, reliability, and timely issue resolution.

• Experience with WebLogic, JBoss, and UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) would be an advantage.

• Willingness to work in a production support environment and participate in support activities as required.
