Mobile User Acquisition Manager

About Medialicious

At Medialicious, we're a global growth marketing partner powering the expansion of fast-growing social gaming brands. Headquartered in Gibraltar, our mission is simple: to be the industry leader through deep domain expertise, constant innovation, and strategic scale.

The Role

We are looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to own hands-on acquisition performance across our portfolio of skill gaming and social gaming apps. Reporting to the Head of Mobile, you will turn the mobile growth strategy into scaled, profitable install and player acquisition across UA networks and app DSPs You will manage significant budgets, work closely with creative, BI, product and other acquisition teams, and use cohort, LTV and ROAS data to decide where capital goes next. You will bring direct experience acquiring players for skill gaming apps, and the judgement to scale them efficiently.

What you will be doing

• You'll plan, launch and optimise app install campaigns across UA networks and app DSPs — AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Moloco, Liftoff and more — chasing quality players, not just cheap installs.

• You'll turn the Head of Mobile's growth strategy into real channel plans, budgets and testing roadmaps, and report progress against shared mobile KPIs.

• You'll live in the numbers: cohort, LTV, retention and ROAS analysis that tells you exactly when to scale, shift spend or pull the plug.

• You'll work with BI and the Head of Mobile on MMP setup, attribution accuracy and incrementality testing, including SKAN and ATT.

• You'll brief and iterate with creative on concepts and messaging that actually land with skill gaming audiences.

• You'll partner with product, CRO and CRM to lift conversion, activation and retention — and keep every campaign inside platform and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience acquiring players for skill gaming apps — this one is non-negotiable.

• A strong track record in mobile user acquisition and app performance marketing, scaling gaming apps and managing large media budgets.

• Deep hands-on experience with UA networks and app DSPs (AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Moloco, Liftoff).

• Confident with AppsFlyer (essential) and similar MMPs and mobile analytics tools.

• Sharp analytical skills — cohort, LTV and ROI analysis, and the ability to turn messy data into clear optimisation calls. Incrementality testing and predictive LTV are a big plus.

• Clear, direct communicator who works easily across creative, product, BI and analytics, thrives on changing priorities, and holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar. iGaming or social casino experience welcome.
