Design review and technical support are available as needed. The role works with the executive leadership, governance committees, sales and operations teams, back-office functions, Community Bank, and the existing mortgage process design effort, building practical experience in responsible AI delivery.

- Define future-state workflows and acceptance criteria, including exceptions, human approvals, fallback procedures, escalation, and control requirements.
