**About our Agency:
**Our agency opened in April 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I participated in the Agent Aspirant program, which helped build a strong foundation for leading and developing a successful team.

I’m an LSU graduate, born and raised in Southern Louisiana, and a proud spouse and parent of three. I enjoy sports and staying connected to the local community. We stay actively involved through local schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and various community and vendor events.

For our team, we offer a group life plan, health stipend, SIMPLE retirement plan, PTO, paid major holidays, a flexible schedule, and licensing and development support through our Aspirant program and ongoing sales training. We also enjoy early Fridays, with the team wrapping up at noon.

Our office culture is positive, hardworking, and humble. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, trustworthy, and eager to learn - someone with a strong sales mindset who wants to grow and succeed as part of a supportive team.
