Mutual Fund Distribution Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mutual Fund Distribution Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual fund distribution and channel sales, with a focus on onboarding Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and activating distributors. This role is crucial for driving assets under management (AUM) growth and enhancing our market presence in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for mutual fund distribution to achieve sales targets and AUM growth.
• Onboard and train Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to ensure they are equipped to promote our products effectively.
• Activate and manage relationships with distributors to enhance channel sales and market penetration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mutual fund distribution and related financial products.
• Proven experience in channel sales and distributor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with IFAs and distributors.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with wealth management, PMS, AIF, and HNI client management is a plus.
• Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is desirable.
