Full description
We’re looking for a NetSuite Developer II to serve as a senior technical contributor and technical lead for NetSuite solution delivery. In this role, you’ll design and build complex NetSuite customizations and integrations, help set architecture standards and best practices, and mentor other developers while partnering closely with solution architecture members to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to long-term business strategy.
Work Location & Schedule: This is a hybrid position based at PBCOM Tower in Makati City, with a minimum of 3 days per week required on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of complex NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategies.
· Act as a technical architect to define best practices for system customization, integrations, and AI-assisted development.
· Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
· Design and implement advanced SuiteScripts 2.x , Suitelets, and workflows to optimize business processes.
· Apply AI-assisted development tooling across the SDLC (code generation, code review, test authoring, technical documentation) while holding all output to the same review, testing, and quality standards as hand-written code.
· Manage the development of custom NetSuite applications using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
· Develop scalable and maintainable customizations that integrate seamlessly with NetSuite’s native functionality.
· Architect and implement robust integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, RESTWebservices and other technologies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, providing expert-level support to ensure system stability and reliability.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all customizations and integrations.
· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the development team.
· Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Advance Inventory, Intercompany.
· Familiarity with SDLC, Git, deployment strategies, and change management.
