Role: Network and Server Support Analyst
As part of the FDDG (Fax and Documentation Distribution Group) team, you’ll provide world-class technical support for enterprise customers using OpenText’s FDDG products in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to FDDG products and integrations.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and document software defects or enhancement requests.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAX Server, Email Server, Outlook, Exchange Server, and networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, FOIP/VOIP, and telephony systems.
Additional Info:
- Night shift, rotating schedule, Philippine holidays, and on-call support required.
- Intermediate-level role.
