Join Our Growing Team
Centra Networks is a Managed Services Provider and Licensed Telecommunications Carrier with 21 years in the industry. Our dual MSP/ISP structure lets us deliver true end-to-end solutions, from managed IT to our own carrier-grade network, and we're looking for a motivated Level 2 Network Engineer to help support that network and our enterprise clients across South East Queensland.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain our national carrier-grade network infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, HPE, Ubiquiti)
- Implement firewall security policies and network access controls
- Provide escalated (Level 2) technical support for complex connectivity issues
- Monitor network performance and proactively optimise system reliability
- Contribute to network infrastructure projects and rollouts
- Maintain accurate network documentation and operating procedures
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years' networking experience
