- Advanced Diagnostics at system, application, and infrastructure level.
- Root‑cause analysis for major/recurring incidents; own permanent fixes.
- Manage OEM support cases under SLA.
- Configuration, firmware, and software maintenance; coordinate upgrades.
- Preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
- Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor Level‑2 staff.
- Provide technical assessment to Change Advisory Board.
- Perform Level‑2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.
