Network Expansion Manager - Automotive

About DriveX

DriveX is India's leading pre-owned two-wheeler platform, backed by TVS Motor Company. We are redefining the used vehicle ecosystem by building transparency, efficiency, and trust across retail, finance, and digital layers. Our goal is to make pre-owned mobility as seamless and dependable as buying new.

The Role:

We're looking for a Network Expansion Manager who's equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and market hustler. You'll own DriveX's dealer network growth across Tamil Nadu - identifying the right partners, onboarding them right, and making sure they thrive. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the heart of our growth engine.

1. Drive Network Expansion Strategy:

• Own and execute a city/region-level network expansion roadmap aligned with DriveX's aggressive growth targets.

• Identify high-potential micro-markets in the pre-owned two-wheeler space using demand signals, competitor mapping, and local intelligence.

• Partner with the leadership team to define dealer network milestones, investment budgets, and go-live timelines.

2. Identify & Onboard the Right Dealer Partners:

• Scout and evaluate prospective dealers in the pre-owned two-wheeler segment who share DriveX's quality-first ethos and customer obsession.

• Build a structured selection framework covering financial health, local market presence, infrastructure readiness, and operational capability.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified dealer prospects to ensure continuous and scalable network growth.

3. Develop & Grow Dealer Performance:

• Co-create dealer development programs - training modules, incentive structures, and growth playbooks alongside Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams.

• Be the go-to partner for dealers on sales performance, customer experience improvements, and local marketing execution.

• Track dealer-level KPIs, run periodic business reviews, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to boost performance.

4. Build Deep, Lasting Dealer Relationships:

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners - owning their experience, resolving pain points fast, and turning them into DriveX advocates.

• Organize dealer summits, workshops, and regional meets to share wins, build community, and align on upcoming initiatives.

• Collaborate with dealers on co-branded campaigns and local activations that drive footfall and strengthen the DriveX brand on the ground.

5. Stay Ahead with Market Intelligence:

• Track pre-owned two-wheeler market trends, competitor moves and shifts in consumer preferences to stay one step ahead.

• Conduct regular field visits, gather ground-level insights, and channel them back into product, pricing, and marketing decisions.

• Leverage DriveX's analytics platform to make expansion decisions faster and sharper data.

What We're Looking For:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in dealer/franchise network development, preferably in automotive, two-wheelers, or mobility.

• A solid grasp of the pre-owned two-wheeler ecosystem - market dynamics, dealer economics, and customer behaviour.

• Proven ability to build and scale dealer/franchise networks from scratch or at early-stage growth.

• Comfortable with data - can read dashboards, spot trends, and make decisions backed by numbers.

• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder - equally at ease with a dealer on the ground and the leadership team in the boardroom.

• Self-starter mindset - you don't wait for a playbook, you write it.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for dealer visits and market mapping
