Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and network platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Track capacity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Support procurement and system improvements.
- Develop basic scripts for process automation.
Security & Compliance
- Monitor systems for security threats and incidents.
- Assist in threat mitigation and incident resolution.
- Maintain incident records and support root cause analysis.
- Perform regular security checks and risk assessments.
- Support BCP drills and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT networking experience.
- Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), firewalls and VPNs, and switching and VLANs is required.
- CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
