Ready to join us? If you're passionate about strengthening families, preventing harm, and supporting those who serve, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and bring your expertise to a role that supports healthier families, a stronger military community, and a life abroad most people only dream about.

DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status: This position is eligible for support under the NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.

Your expertise deservesan extraordinary backdrop

We recruit U.S.-trained healthcare professionals to serve military communities across Germany and Europe. It's a role combining meaningful counselling work with a once-in-a-career opportunity to live, earn, and explore a continent most people only dream about visiting. Here's what makes this opportunity uniquely different:

F I N A N C I A L   A D V A N T A G EKeep more of what you earn.

As a U.S. contractor operating under a SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) covered contract, qualifying employees typically benefit from exemption from German income taxes on their contract earnings. This is a well-established legal framework for Americans working in certain contractor capacities within Europe (U.S. federal tax obligations still apply).

The result: your take-home pay can stretch further than a comparable stateside salary, while you keep building your retirement through our 401(k) match.

Paris for a long weekend. The Bavarian Alps for a ski trip. Prague, Vienna, Eltville am Rhein, Amsterdam — all within a few hours by train or short-haul flight. Living in central Europe means the continent is your backyard, not a bucket list.

● A schedule you can actually build a life around

Most of our roles follow standard weekday hours, and even where occasional weekend work exists — an outreach event once a month, an on-call visit that rarely becomes a full day — it's the exception, not the rhythm. You'll know well in advance, and you'll still have the predictability to book that weekend in Prague without a second thought.

● A ready-made American community

Moving abroad doesn't mean leaving your support network behind. U.S. military installations in Germany offer commissaries, PX stores, local-language services, U.S. postal access, DoDEA schools for children, legal services, and on-base amenities — the familiar, right alongside the extraordinary.

Our team is physically based in Germany. When you arrive, real people are there to help — credentialing, housing questions, installation access, and day-to-day support from colleagues who've navigated exactly what you're about to experience.

● SOFA status: legal clarity for your life abroad

SOFA provides an established legal and residency framework tailored for qualified U.S. contractors in Europe, simplifying documentation and day-to-day logistics so you can focus on your work and your adventure.

● Comprehensive health coverage

We cover 90% of your monthly medical premium (single-employee premium), and that contribution applies across all plan tiers. Dental coverage is also offered.

● 401(k) with a company match — while you live abroad

Your retirement savings don't pause because you're in Europe. All LLC employees have access to our 401(k) plan with an employer match, so your financial future keeps compounding while you're making the most of the present.

You'll serve active-duty service members and military families navigating the unique challenges of military life. Professionally rewarding and genuinely impactful work in a structured environment.

This isn't just a job posting. It's an invitation to build a life most healthcare professionals only imagine — one where your career and sense of adventure grow at the same time.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or protected veteran status.
