NOC Engineer إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

The Senior NOC Engineer will be responsible for managing coordinating and monitoring all No Objection Certificate (NOC) processes related to infrastructure and utility projects. The role ensures timely submission tracking and approval of NOC applications from relevant authorities and third parties while maintaining compliance with RTA DM DEWA Etisalat DU and other stakeholders requirements. The position involves close coordination with design supervision and contractor teams to resolve utility conflicts interface issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Manage and coordinate all NOC applications with authorities and utility agencies including RTA DM DEWA Etisalat DU Civil Defense and others as required.

• Review NOC drawings applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

• Track and follow up on the status of all NOC submissions maintaining a detailed register of applications comments and approvals.

• Coordinate between design consultants contractors and stakeholders to resolve conflicts in design and site execution stages.

• Ensure timely clearance and approvals are obtained for all project-related works including stormwater and road corridor activities.

• Attend authority coordination meetings prepare presentations and reports and represent AECOM in stakeholder discussions.

• Review utility layouts diversion proposals and as-built drawings to ensure alignment with authority standards.

• Support the supervision team in verifying that site works comply with approved NOCs and permit conditions.

• Maintain updated knowledge of authority procedures online portals and GIS systems for NOC processing.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly NOC status reports highlighting pending items and potential delays.

• Coordinate internally with the planning and design teams to align project schedules with NOC deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with AECOMs internal procedures for document control correspondence and stakeholder management.

• Support in resolving utility-related technical and coordination issues on-site.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with authority representatives to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in utility coordination and NOC management for infrastructure and road projects.

• Proven experience dealing with RTA DM DEWA Etisalat DU and other UAE authorities.

• Strong understanding of utility network layouts diversion designs and coordination procedures for stormwater sewerage potable water power telecom and irrigation networks.
