- Strong technical expertise in network protocols, technologies and equipment (e.g. TCP/IP, Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, routers, switches)
- Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in a 24/7 on-call or shift-based environment would be an advantage

Full description
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱55,000 per month
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and maintain clients' network, server, and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint-related issues.
- Manage and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts.
- Manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, networking, storage, and cloud services.
- Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and endpoint security.
- Perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and health checks.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Work with internal teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in networking, cloud, and endpoint management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
