About Flowbox

Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a tech scale-up with clear growth plans. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing, social media and e-commerce strategies. Our technology helps clients create, collect, manage and distribute their own customers’ content, also known as user generated content (UGC).

In 2025, Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post-acquisition, Flowbox serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and has over 60 employees across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

Does this sound like you?

• You are goal oriented. You like a clear goal and a clear direction, and you find it rewarding to reach the goals you set for yourself. You enjoy working efficiently.

• When you make an agreement, you take full responsibility for it. You have a strong sense of ownership and you care about your reputation. You follow through on your commitments and do well in cultures with high responsibility.

• You smile and laugh easily, and this rubs off on others. Your positive mindset creates trust that things will work out. You often find the positive angle, and you make it easy for others to say yes.

• You trust your judgment and are open to feedback. You enjoy the freedom to make independent decisions, and you can explain value clearly and build buy-in.

• You naturally think through many scenarios. Whether you are creative or simply good at thinking ahead, others see you as good at planning and finding solutions.

• You are motivated by community and good relationships. Others describe you as helpful and welcoming, and you appreciate when everyone pulls together, is honest with each other and helps each other.

What you will do 🚀

As an Account Executive, you will:

• Engage with prospective A-brands in Norway and Sweden

• Manage the sales cycle from 1) scheduling meetings, to 2) presenting our products, to 3) winning new clients, working towards monthly targets

• Work closely with our lead generation team to target the right company and contact profiles

• Run meetings with potential clients where you give them insight into our SaaS platform in an inspiring and consultative way, with a lot of freedom to plan them your way

Even though you will work with our lead database, a big part of the role is cold acquisition, so you should be comfortable doing consistent, structured outreach and working through customer concerns. We use HubSpot as our CRM and work with sequences, so experience with that process and tool is a plus.

Success in this role is measured by:

• Number of meetings booked

• Number of new clients acquired

• Revenue added to the company

What we are looking for

• Fluency in writing, speaking and reading Norwegian and English. Understanding of Swedish is a plus.

• Solid sales experience, ideally in B2B customer meetings and outreach sales processes, and the ability to get up to speed quickly.

• Experience selling marketing services to e-commerce, fashion or retail businesses, or selling a SaaS tool to the mid-market in the 6-20k ARR range, is a great advantage.

You do not need to tick every box. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

We look forward to your application!Salary

Flowbox operates with a fully transparent salary structure based on clearly defined employee levels. Each level has an openly shared salary band accessible to all team members. During the interview process, we will introduce you to our leveling framework, and your specific level will be assessed before we potentially extend an offer to join our team.

Our corporate language is English, so we would appreciate it if you send your CV and cover letter in English 😊
