Description:
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position has twenty-four hour accountability for managing all aspects of patient care in the assigned area(s), coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to staff, and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required. Clinical professionals currently licensed outside the State of California will be provided six (6) months from date of hire to obtain equivalent California state licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree is required. Three years of Nursing Leadership experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
