Flexible Opportunities | Full-Time or Part-Time

Panther Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, a proud part of CBI Health, has been providing expert care since 1987 and is a leader in the delivery of acute rehabilitation in the Calgary area.

We’re not here for routine care. We’re here for turning setbacks into comebacks – for helping people get back to work, back to life, back to themselves.

And we’re just as serious about your trajectory.

Whether you’re a new grad ready to prove yourself or an experienced OT ready for more, this is where your work actually moves the needle.

Make It Yours

• Helping clients regain independence and confidence

• Supporting return-to-work journeys (cue the comeback stories)

• Delivering care that’s evidence-based, outcome-focused, and human in approach

• Working alongside a team that pushes each other to be better

You’ll fit right in if you…

• Have a Master’s in Occupational Therapy

• Are registered (or eligible) with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.

• Love working with people and celebrating progress, big or small

• Are a new grad or have experience

What makes this different

• Autonomy with backup – freedom to practice, support when it counts

• Flexibility that’s real – build a schedule that works

• A team that shows up – collaborative, capable, and invested

• Growth that doesn’t stall – mentorship, development, and leadership pathways

The extras (that matter)

• Competitive pay + 100% employer-paid benefits

• Strong admin support = more time with clients

• Ongoing learning, growth, and leadership opportunities

Why This Team
