Office Manager

In West Cumbria Costain is undergoing a period of significant growth as utilities partner on the IDP framework. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting this growth, ensuring effective and consistent office operations across multiple sites (Including Westlakes Science Park, the Sellafield site and others in west Cumbria). The role will lead and coordinate a team of administrators across the office network, overseeing facilities and administrative services, supporting employees and management and maintaining a safe, professional and inclusive working environment. The nature of the role requires a five-day office presence. Working patterns will be set around the service provision requirements. The role requires the ownership and oversight of ensuring the compliance of all sites with all relevant Health and Safety standards and Costain policies. This is a full time, five days a week office-based role.
