• Support oversight of endpoint vulnerability management activities delivered by our managed service provider.

• Monitor threat detection alerts in the security information and event management system and ensure flagged incidents are followed up promptly.

• Build strong working relationships with employees, service desk colleagues, vendors, and other technology partners.

• Work in accordance with IFS technology security, governance, and workplace policies.

About you

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with end users.

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• A Bachelor of Computer Science or a similar qualification, current study towards a relevant qualification, or other relevant technical education.

Experience with Microsoft Intune and Active Directory will be highly regarded. Exposure to the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration portals will also be an advantage.
