We’re building a talent pool for support engineers who’ve worked on the front lines of performance, reliability, and security and who care about solving real problems, not just closing tickets.

What sets bunny.net support apart?

We’re not a ticket queue. Our Technical Support Engineers:

• Own technical problems end-to-end

• Act as partners to customers and product teams

• Work autonomously but never alone, with Principal Engineers who have your back

• Solve challenges that span edge networks, performance tuning, security, and storage

That’s why they’re known as our Super Bunnies™: calm under pressure, clear in communication, and trusted by thousands of developers who’ve left more than 1,100 five-star reviews on Trustpilot (and counting).
