Role Overview:Itero Group is seeking an Operational Analyst with 4–6 years of experience to support commercial lending operations and a loan application/origination system upgrade. This role combines operational analysis, hands-on UAT, and reporting/data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial lending or loan operations and understand the loan lifecycle from application and approval through closing, booking, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial lending operations, including loan application, closing, booking, servicing, modifications, renewals, and payoffs.
- Review business requirements and assess the impact of system changes on operational processes and workflows.
- Create, maintain, and execute UAT test cases for a loan application/origination system upgrade.
- Perform hands-on testing through the front-end/GUI, including entering and processing loans and validating functionality and results.
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing and maintain appropriate test evidence, results, defects, and retesting documentation.
- Research operational and system issues and work with business and technology teams to validate fixes.
- Use Excel to analyze, reconcile, and validate loan and testing data.
- Prepare and support loan, exception, maturity, reconciliation, and testing reports.
- Use Power BI and/or Power Query, where applicable, to analyze data and identify loans or data populations needed for testing and reporting.
- Support system conversions, data cleanup, reconciliation, and other operational activities related to the upgrade.
