As an Operations Control Manager in Consumer and Community Banking, you will lead a team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization and strategic guidance supporting the responsible adoption of AI across Consumer and Community Banking Operations. You will provide strategic leadership in managing compliance and operational risks, promoting the consistent application of governance requirements, and driving practical, innovative enhancements. Job responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization and strategic guidance supporting the responsible adoption of AI across Consumer and Community Banking Operations.

Provide strategic leadership in identifying, assessing, and managing compliance and operational risks.

Partner with Operations Product and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and support business objectives.

Promote the consistent interpretation and application of applicable policies, standards, and governance requirements.

Anticipate emerging risks and implementation challenges and drive practical, innovative enhancements to governance and control practices.

Guide the development of effective, sustainable controls and drive timely resolution of identified gaps.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

10 years of experience in control management within the financial services sector, with a focus on compliance, operational risk management and technology risk.

Proven experience leading control oversight for a product, business, or function within a large, complex organization.

People leadership skills, including setting strategic direction, developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.

Strategic thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical, innovative solutions.
