• Plan ahead. Support workforce planning, personnel scheduling, fleet requirements, shutdowns, maintenance activities and project mobilisation.
• Mobilise people. Coordinate employee mobilisation, including flights, accommodation, travel, site access, inductions and pre-mobilisation requirements.
• Keep compliance current. Maintain accurate records for licences, VOCs, competencies, medicals, onboarding and training matrices.
• Support billing and payroll. Prepare and process timesheets, payroll information, customer invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed. Provide clear operational updates, respond to customer enquiries and escalate risks before they affect service delivery.
• Own the detail. Maintain operational reports, document control and administrative processes in an accurate and audit-ready manner.
• Put safety first. Promote safe work practices and support company and customer HSEQ requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in operations coordination, administration, mobilisation or workforce planning.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail across records, reporting, compliance, billing and administration.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• A professional, flexible and responsive approach to changing operational and customer requirements.
• A commitment to safe work practices, confidentiality and customer-focused service delivery.

Highly regarded

• Experience in mining, maintenance, industrial services, cranes or construction.
• Experience using mobilisation or workforce compliance systems.
• Exposure to payroll, invoicing or procurement processes.
• A Certificate or qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Why join Freo Group?

• A broad coordination role with genuine visibility across operations, workforce planning, mobilisation, customers and commercial administration.
• The opportunity to work closely with operational teams and contribute directly to reliable service delivery.
• A practical, safety-focused environment where accuracy, initiative and strong communication are valued.
• A role where your organisation and follow-through will make a visible difference every day.
