Monitor and maintain the operational health of OutSystems applications and environments.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patching.
Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure application performance and availability.
Coordinate with development teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Document and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
Participate in on-call rotations and support during off-hours as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
