Oracle EPM Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Planning, Consolidation, Data Management, Reconciliation, and ETL processes, along with the ability to support Finance teams and enterprise reporting requirements.

Skill / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 10+ years of total experience and relevant with EPM.

• Strong / Expert-level EPM Functional Experience.

• Hands-on experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

• Experience in EPM Consolidation (EPMCS).

• Experience with Data Management and FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition).

• Experience in EPM Reconciliation.

• Strong EPM Technical Experience.

• Experience working with Oracle Finance modules.

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading).

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications.

• Work on Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

• Support EPM Consolidation (EPMCS) and financial close processes.

• Manage Data Management and FDMEE integrations.

• Handle EPM Reconciliation activities.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Integrate Oracle EPM with Oracle Finance modules.

• Support finance stakeholders as a Finance Lead.
