The role is based in Cyprus and operates on a schedule designed to ensure effective coverage of key business hours across EMEA & APAC markets, while contributing regional market insights and learnings that help Yodeck scale and optimize its outbound motion.

Responsibilities

• Own phone-first outbound prospecting into cold Mid-Market and Enterprise target accounts across EMEA & APAC, using cold calling supported by email and LinkedIn to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Research, identify and prioritize ICP accounts, relevant stakeholders, customer lookalikes, intent signals and reasons to engage.
• Develop account-level prospecting strategies and penetrate target accounts through multi-threaded outreach across multiple stakeholders.
• Qualify prospect interest and business context, identify genuine sales opportunities, and hand off qualified opportunities to Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs with clear context and next steps.
• Collaborate with the GTM Engineer, AEs and wider revenue team on outbound campaigns, providing feedback to improve targeting, messaging and execution.
• Maintain accurate and complete HubSpot records, including activities, notes, stakeholder information, account context and next steps.
• Analyze and share recurring outbound learnings around personas, verticals, objections, messaging, signals and campaign performance to contribute to the EMEA & APAC outbound playbook.

Requirements

Must Haves

• 1–3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound targets, generating qualified meetings.
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume cold calling, proactive outbound prospecting, and converting cold conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating cold conversations with decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
