Outbound Sales Representative (Remote, Commission-Only)

Compensation: No equity

About RoadMatch

RoadMatch is AI search for RV dealerships. A salesperson types what the customer is describing, such as interior colors, sleeping capacity, floor plan and budget, and RoadMatch finds the matching units from the dealer's own live inventory in seconds. No more relying on memory across hundreds of units, and customers see their dream RV on the first showing.

The role

We're hiring outbound sales reps to bring RoadMatch to RV dealerships across the United States. You'll call, message or email dealerships, get the owner or sales manager onto a no-commitment 14-day free trial, and close the deal. Every deal is yours start to finish.

Compensation

• 20% of every deal you close, about $1,000 per closed dealership
• No cap on earnings
• 1099 independent contractor

What you'll do

• Prospect RV dealerships by phone, email and social channels
• Book a short demo or skip demo and simply help decision maker onto a free-trial setup
• Follow up through the trial and close the subscription
• Track your pipeline and report weekly on outreach, trials and closes

What we're looking for

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
• Any sales background welcome. We train you on the product.
• Clear, friendly communicator who can explain a simple tool to a busy dealer
• Self-directed and reliable working from home
• Located in the United States with a reliable phone, laptop and internet connection

Why RoadMatch?

• Completely unsaturated market. Most dealers have never seen a tool like this.
• Simple product with a free trial, so the pitch is easy
• Work from anywhere in the US, part-time or full-time
• Uncapped commission, every deal worth about $1,000 to you
