Ready to Drive Sales and Make an Impact?

Are you confident on the phone, skilled at B2B outreach, and ready to help an international company grow? Then we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Outbound Sales Specialist for us in Sperton with focus on Business Development/Sales who can identify potential clients, reach out with confidence, and book high-quality meetings that lead to real opportunities.

About the role

In this role, you’ll take the lead on cold calling and outbound outreach, starting with the Norwegian market, with the potential to expand into additional regions over time. You’ll be a key part of our sales efforts, helping us connect with companies in need of recruitment and consulting services. This is a great opportunity to grow with us — and potentially take on more responsibility as the scope expands.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound sales calls, primarily targeting Norway (with potential expansion into other regions).

• Book qualified meetings for Sperton’s CEO.

• Lead the appointment setting initiatives and other team members working in this domain.

• Work closely with a team of digital marketing experts.

• Conduct outreach via phone and LinkedIn, including structured campaigns using tools like Dripify.

• Reach decision-makers in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, engineering, logistics and other.

• Personalize outreach using phone, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant tools.

• Keep CRM data updated and track outreach and results.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, and B2B outreach.

• Experience in B2B prospect data enrichment and maintaining accurate client information.

• Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.

• Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to engage clients and generate high-quality meetings.

• Experience using LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g., Dripify) is a plus.

• A proactive, independent work style and strong follow-up habits.

• Sales experience in consulting agency is a plus.
