Strasburg, OH | Frac Sand Mining & Processing | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off | 12-Hour Shifts

$19 - $25 / Hour | Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision | 401(k) Match | Monthly Production Bonus

We are hiring experienced, safety-minded laborers and operators to support daily production at our sand processing plant. This is hands-on outdoor industrial work in an active plant environment. We are looking for people who have already worked outdoors around heavy equipment and know what a full shift on an industrial site takes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Load, unload, dig, lift, and move material throughout the plant and yard.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Operate skid steers, manlifts, telehandlers, and track hoes once trained and authorized.
Support routine upkeep and preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
Assist operators, tradespeople, and maintenance personnel with assigned tasks.
Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report hazards promptly.

SCHEDULE

4 days on, 4 days off
12-hour shifts, days or nights
Weekends and holidays as scheduled

PAY & BENEFITS

$19 - $25 per hour, based on experience
