Full description
This is a remote position.
Supply Mavericks is re-imagining how hospitality companies buy the products they need to operate.
Hotels are still dealing with slow quotes, poor communication, clunky ordering, and vendors who make simple purchases harder than they should be. We believe purchasing should be radically easier.
That is where you come in.
We are looking for a sales professional who knows how to create opportunities, build real relationships, and close business.
This is not a sit-and-wait-for-leads sales role.
You will prospect.
You will make calls.
You will build relationships with hotel owners, management companies, general contractors, engineers, and operators.
You will uncover opportunities our competitors miss.
When a customer gives us a shot, your job is to make sure working with Supply Mavericks feels different.
Faster.
Simpler.
More responsive.
More human.
You will start by selling products like PTACs, VTACs, HVAC equipment, TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other hospitality products. But the bigger opportunity is becoming a trusted purchasing partner across the customer's entire portfolio.
We are not interested in transactional salespeople.
We want someone who thinks long term.
Someone who can win the first order, earn the second, and eventually become the person the customer calls first.
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business.
That includes:
- Prospecting and creating new opportunities
- Developing relationships with hospitality ownership and management groups
- Selling into hotels, contractors, and commercial customers
- Managing opportunities from first conversation through close
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Following up relentlessly without becoming transactional
- Identifying additional products and opportunities inside existing accounts
- Working closely with operations and customer support to deliver an exceptional experience
Outside Sales Account Executive at Supply Mavericks (Remote) — aijobsearch
- Maintaining accurate activity, notes, and forecasting inside our CRM
- Protecting both the customer relationship and the profitability of the business
Who Will Thrive Here
You will probably love this role if you:
- Like building something, not just maintaining something
- Enjoy hunting for new business
- Are comfortable picking up the phone
- Follow up when everyone else gives up
- Can build trust quickly
- Care about winning, but care about the customer too
- Take ownership without needing someone to manage every move
- Are organized enough to manage a serious pipeline
- Want your results to directly impact the growth of the company
- Get bored inside slow, political organizations
- Want more responsibility as you prove yourself
Hospitality or HVAC experience is helpful.
Sales ability is more important.
We can teach you the products.
We cannot teach hunger, curiosity, accountability, and the ability to make people want to work with you.
Why Supply Mavericks
Supply Mavericks is still early enough that great people can have an outsized impact.
We are growing nationally, expanding our product offering, building enterprise relationships, and creating a purchasing experience designed around what hotel operators actually want.
Our philosophy is simple:
Fewer, Better People.
We would rather build a small team of exceptional people who take ownership than a large team of average performers hiding behind process.
If you want a comfortable job where you can disappear into the organization, this probably is not it.
If you want to help build a company, create meaningful relationships, make money, and look back a few years from now knowing you were part of the team that made it happen, we should talk.
Come help us make hospitality purchasing radically effortless.

If you want more than a paycheck, if you want your effort to matter and your career to grow with the company, there is a place for you at Supply Mavericks.
