Outside Sales Representative

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Job description:

Earning Potential: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually

About Us: At P.J. Fitzpatrick, we believe great salespeople deserve the opportunity, training, and support to build a career they’re proud of.

We’re one of the most trusted names in home improvement across the Delaware Valley and the only contractor in the Delaware Valley to receive the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for ethics and integrity. We’ve built our reputation on professionalism, respect, and results—and we bring those same values to our employees.

The Opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative:

If you're motivated by earning potential, enjoy working with people, and are ready to put in the work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling—not cold calling or knocking on doors.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000–$300,000+ annually. Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+.

No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
• Build relationships and understand each customer's needs
• Present solutions and close sales
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records
• Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

We're looking for people who are:

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
• Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional and confident with customers
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required—if you’re teachable and driven, we’ll train you!

Think your customer-service skills don't translate to sales? Think again. Some of the best salespeople aren't lifelong salespeople. They're people who know how to read a room, connect with strangers, handle objections, and create a great customer experience. If you've built those skills in hospitality, retail, customer service, or another people-focused role, you may already have more of what it takes than you think.

If you're willing to put in the work, we'll teach you the rest.

What We Offer to an Outside Sales Representative:

• $120,000–$350,000+ earning potential
• Top performers regularly earn $300,000+
• Warm, pre-scheduled appointments No cold calling or door knocking
• Paid, hands-on training Ongoing coaching and management support
