Description:

Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.

Qualifications:
